A part of our strategy is represented by the constant improvement of the quality of support provided. In addition, as a central part of this strategy, we have decided to develop a knowledge base that will provide, alongside the available support, easily accessible documentation that is always at hand.

Therefore, we are pleased to present the Hostico knowledge base available online at the following address: Hostico Tutorials.

This knowledge base does not replace current support methods such as support tickets, phone support, and live support.

The knowledge base has been built in a way that allows for the quick finding of necessary resources with a standard structure of articles, a structure that facilitates finding relevant information while navigating between different articles.

Content

The articles added at this moment address the most frequent questions asked to the Hostico team, resulting from many hours of work and presented in a way we hope is as efficient and easy to access as possible.

The tutorials will cover a wide range of services, settings, and applications, from using cPanel, configuring email clients, web browser settings, to making specific changes to online applications such as WordPress, Prestashop, Magento, etc.

Development

We want to develop this knowledge base into the largest online resource in Romania with tutorials related to the hosting industry. Therefore, members of the Hostico team will consistently publish articles so that our database will soon contain the answers to all your questions related to hosting, domains, and how Hostico operates.
