I cannot transfer the domain to Hostico. Why?
You cannot transfer the domain to Hostico due to the 40-day quarantine period applicable to gTLD domains. Wait for the end of the period or use the amount for other services.

All gTLD domains (.com, .net, .org) have a quarantine period of 40 days from any changes made on the domain (registration, renewal, transfer, nameserver change). In the event that a domain transfer has been paid for and this period is in effect, it is possible to wait for the interval to pass so that the transfer can be performed later, or the amount paid can be used to activate/register another service.
