Presentation of payment methods.

Introduction

• In this tutorial we present to you the payment methods available: Credit Card (online payments with a card) and Bank Transfer.

Card de credit

Requirements

• You must have a valid card for online payments, enrolled in the 3D Secure system.
• More information about payments and their security can be obtained from Romcard or by contacting the issuing bank of the card.

Steps

• Access the Financial section on the left side of your Hostico account page.
• In the Payment Method section, select the Bank Card option.

• Click the Pay button. You will be redirected to a secure page to complete the details.

• Enter your card details in the displayed form and click the Pay button to complete the transaction.

Bank Transfer

Requirements

• Payment can be made by depositing the amount into Hostico's account at a BCR branch if you do not have a bank account.
• If you have a bank account with active internet banking services, you can make the payment online.
• The transfer can be made in RON or EURO, depending on your preference.

Steps

• Payment via internet banking is similar to that made with a credit card. Fill in the Hostico account details and the corresponding amount in the internet banking application.

• Bank transfers can take between a few hours and a few days, depending on the day of the week, the time of the transaction, or public holidays.
• To quickly activate or reactivate services, send a copy of the payment order to the email address office@hostico.com.
• The fiscal invoice will be issued only after the transaction appears in Hostico's bank statement.

Note

• When making payments via bank transfer, please specify the invoice or service number for which you are making the payment. This will facilitate the identification and quick processing of the transaction.
