When will I receive the fiscal invoice?
Invoices are issued after payment confirmation, and delivery is done via email in PDF format. Processing time varies depending on the type of transaction.

The tax invoice will be issued after the payment has been processed by the banking entity and confirmed to us. The invoice is sent by email in PDF format.
Payment confirmation may take:
a) between 2 - 24 hours for transactions made during the week between banks located in Romania;
b) up to 72-120 hours for international transactions;
c) until the next business day;
The fiscal invoice is issued for all services provided.
