Why haven't I received the free domain from Hostico's offer?

The free domain is offered upon payment for hosting for a minimum of 1 year (12 months), for the registration/transfer of the name with the extensions specified on the Domains page.
If you have already placed the hosting order and it has been paid/activated but you have not received the free domain from the offer, please check if:
- you have placed the order for the domain registration/transfer;
- the selected payment period is for a minimum of 1 year;
- the domain has one of the valid extensions.
The order process is automated, the only way to not receive the free domain is to skip one of these steps.
In any case, you can contact the sales department for verification/resolution of the situation.
