If you have already placed the hosting order and it has been paid/activated but you have not received the free domain from the offer, please check if:
- you have placed the order for the domain registration/transfer;
- the selected payment period is for a minimum of 1 year;
- the domain has one of the valid extensions.
The order process is automated, the only way to not receive the free domain is to skip one of these steps.
